End of the Good Samaritan?

Do you just walk away?

When the prosecutors have unlimited funds and no accountability to society, they can pursue any agenda they please. In New York City, Los Angelos, Portland Oregon, and San Francisco (and that is not a complete list), city prosecutors protect the criminals and attack the victims.

A prosecutor does not need to win in court. Simply by filing charges the victims are typically ruined financially, their lives are thrown into turmoil first by the criminal, and then by the prosecutors, who have unlimited funds, and who have an entire team of attorneys they can use to attack them. It’s hard to work when you are being pulled into meetings, taking days off, and the need to hire their own council to defend themselves from these tax payer funded attacks.

Now, in NYC, a former Marine, Daniel Penny, and two other passengers stepped into the threatening situation to restrain the violent criminal. While being restrained by the Marine and the other two good Samaritans, the man died. The deceased, Jordan Neely, was a criminal who was repeatedly released back into society by the legal system. I believe the deceased had 43 prior arrests.

Daniel Penny escorted in handcuffs after turning himself in on May 12, 2023 in NYC.

Penny is currently free on bail. He faces up to 15 in years in prison if he is convicted of second-degree manslaughter, a felony, New York City Assistant District Attorney Joshua Steinglass said.

Here is a pretty solid analysis by a former police officer on the drama unfolding in regards to the NYC subway death of the career criminal threatening people on the train.

From the below article; “The average legal fees for shooting someone at min will be around $10K just in court fees and attorney fees for the most righteous of shoots. As we know, nothing is ever that easy. A simple manslaughter defense could run you $75K – $100K.

These numbers are estimates for a simple case. In NYC, the numbers will be massively increased. This is an expensive city and this is a political prosecution. It is not a case of law enforcement. After the legal case is complete, you may expect a civil case to be filed against the former Marine. That will be another added attack on him and his family. While paying your legal fees, you still have your living costs. The cost to run a household and support a family.

Eventually, these types of cases and the prosecutors who attack the victims will allow the prosecutors to achieve their goal of breaking the bond between society and law enforcement. The desire to get involved will be crushed. People will be conditioned to ignore the breakdown of society. The people will be controlled in a society that fears retribution by their government.

As a people, we tend to run towards a crisis not away from it. That is how you put out a small fire before it turns into major firestorm. That is how you keep a city filled with millions of people working and living peacefully together.

Now, you must ask yourself, will my family be destroyed when I try to help…
